  • FRAME: .080 press formed aluminum, welded construction.
  • BLADES: .063 press formed aluminum with "V" reinforced edges.
  • SEALS: 1/8" x 1/2" EPDM rubber on blade edges.
  • BEARINGS: 1/2" I.D. ball bearings
  • AXLES: 1/2" dia. continuous aluminum.
  • LINKAGE: .063 semi-hard aluminum center brackets, brass pivots and 1/4" dia. plated C1018 steel rod.
  • FINISH: Standard Mill.
  • MAXIMUM SINGLE SECTION: 48" x 60"
  • MINIMUM SIZE: 12" x 6"
  • MAX. VELOCITY: 3500 fpm.
  • MIN. VELOCITY: 1250 fpm.

OPTIONS

  • -31 Flange, 1 1/2" fastened to damper frame (air leaving side).

NOTES

  1. A and B are opening dimensions. Unless otherwise specified, shutters are made 1/4" undersize.
  2. "A" dimension is width of opening measured parallel to the blades.
  3. If "B" dimension is 9" or less, unit is constructed with a single blade.
